Returns / Exchange / Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, the goods may be returned with all accessories, the original receipt and original packaging for an exchange or refund. You are entitled to cancel any sale concluded through the use of our Services within 7 days after date of receipt of any Goods purchased. In this event, please return the Goods in the same condition and packaging as originally purchased and we will refund you within a reasonable period of time.

AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele will offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method, less any direct costs associated with the order.  a Minimum handing fee of 30% will be applicable to new opened goods. Courier costs are non-refundable

Direct costs are costs incurred by AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele to suppliers directly for the processing of the order. These include, but are not limited to: PayFast transaction fees, courier fees, requested hardware and software upgrade fees, damage costs, etc.

Please ensure returns/exchanges/refunds comply with the following:

• The warranty seals must be intact, no modification must have been made by anyone other than AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele or our suppliers

• The products must be securely packed to preserve the value

• The cost of return will be for your account

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the products must be returned to AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele. Kindly also send a full reason for the return, for AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele to keep a detailed record for quality control and after sales purposes.

AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele will endeavour to process refunds within 7 days after receiving back the products at AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele’s physical premises, but not longer than 30 days from receipt of the products.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a courier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Returns will take approximately five working days to process once the goods have arrived.

The products will be tested on return to AUCO General Traders CC t/a Tsele le Tsele to ensure it was returned in the same condition that it was provided. Any damages will be deducted off the refund amount. On the successful assessment of the products, the relevant refund will be done, less the direct costs relevant to the order.
